Unlimited Group Fitness | UPLFT Standard

Group Fitness is any form of fitness training performed as part of group led by a trainer or instructor. Members can take an unlimited number of UPLFT Standard fitness classes each month.

The benefits of group fitness are: lowers risk of disease, improves cardio-vascular function, increases muscular endurance; participants are held accountable and challenged by fellow classmates, increases self esteem and confidence, reduces stress, improves social skills, and is a great way to meet new people and make new friends!

​At UPLFT, group fitness classes change every 8-weeks to keep members sufficiently challenged and engaged.
